           Today our nature creating a hype for interview. Interview nothing but express what you are. If a person fails 10 times in interview or taking too much time for selection, our surrounding gives a trade mark on that person “failure or skill less”. A graduate failed in interview, what is fault. Is that fault by education system or his problem. Definitely corporate world announce skill less persons.
